Hello All !

 

I was working in US on H1B. Went to India for my wedding and now coming back on my Spouce's H1B as a H4 as I resigned from my fulltime job.

 

Now, in the DS 160, for the question "Are you applying for the same type of visa?", I am confused what to answer.. Are H1B and H4 both same category?

The answer is no as H1B and H4 visas are different.
