HI Everybody,

 

I have started my J1 waiver process and i will be sending the NORI documents to India.

 

Can anyone please  let me know the excact addres and section/division of  Bangalore Passport office and the Karnataka state home department ?

 

Is it  good to ask somebody to go there and personally handover the documents? In that case where do i direct them to go? Do i need to write a authorization letter?
