EVC model...... one employer all way did nto change employers.... I went there around 7:15 interview was at 8:00 Very nice people they smile and welcome you that give you more comfortableness . (unlike INDIA where you see everyone shouting at each other) a lady called me and took i797, passport and interview appointment letter asked me to sit for 15 mins.. I was called for finger print and given a yellow card number was written on it after 15mins it wasmy turn VO: Hello me : Hello how r u (smiling) VO: who is ur employer me: XXXXXXX VO: how did u get this job me: XXXXX VO: how many employees does they have me XX employees VO: who assignes you the work how you co ordinate Me : I answered Vo: hiughest levelfo education? me masters vo: can i see ur degreeand transcripts me: passed on vo: you married me: single vo: you reh=jected earlier onf1? me yes and mentioned the reason....and dont forget to mention it in ds form... be frank.. do not write any thign wrong... vo: what are your roles and resposibilities me: bla bla vo: what is ur salary me: around 60k vo: what do u mean 60k me: 57,893 but it was few years back when i joined.. but now i earn 78k (explain them as u will have lot of time to answer unlike INDIA) they will listernto ur answers so be frank and answer vo: do u work remote?] me: yes i work for max of a week.. vo: retruned my i797 and handed a paper for loomis brnch location and said you can recieve ur passport in 2 days of time wait for the email... me: thanks... after 2 days got email and picked up at loomis.... DIDNOT ASK FOR CLIENT LETTER OR VENDOR LETTER AT ALL... but make sure you take them alll... NO OTHER ENPLOYER DOCUMENTS EXCEPT I797 AND INVESTIGATE YOUR EMPLOYER/COMPANY DETAILS.. MORE QNS ON YOUR EMPLOYER ONLY... tips: Dress well wear a suit with tie be professional as ur going for highly skilled labor visa so behave like highly skilled wear company or client tag make sure it is visible to visa officers speak in ur own accent dont make up american accent ..speak clearly they will give u time to answer (again unlike INDIA) make sure u take a document brief case available in walmart (with slots in it looks professional)and easy to remove documents when asked.. gud luck....
