How to amend Birth Certificate? - No relatives in India

I am from Nagpur. I have the following issues on my Birth Certificate

 

 

1. Birth certificate does not have complete full name. The passport has the complete name

2. Mother's last name is different in BC when compared to Passport?

 

I need to correct the Birth Certificate but I am in USA and cannot travel to India. I do not have any relatives in India at this time. How do i get this ammended?

 

Please advice.
