H4 counted towards 6 Years Cap?

Hi All

 

Currently I'm on L1A on the past 5 Years and Planning to switch to H4 in Sep.

 

If i'm Converting to H1 after 6 Months

 

 

whether i'll be getting  a or b?

 

a.6 Years - 5 Years(L1A) = 1 Year

 

b.6 Years - [5 years(L1A)+ 6 Months(H4)] = 6 Months
