I797A not Recived in Mail Might be Missing

My lawyer Sent the I797a To My Employer in Mail and Some How The Mail Is Not Delivered Can i Go To Stamping With The Copy Of the I797a and

 

Since My I94 Is Attached With The I797A Can i stay In Usa Or can continue to Work.

If I-94 is attached with the 797 petition you can stay in the US and continue working without the need for stamping.

Are you saying you lost the i797 ? Replacement copy is issued by uscis for ~$400.
