kkpatel3
Dear All, I came to US in 2007 on F1 visa to pursue my Masters. Then I graduated in 2008 and My H1B was approved for Year 2009 and at that time I used my Master's OPT partially. Then I need to come back to F1 due to some bad time of my life. Then Since 2009 I am on Student visa and Pursuing my PhD. Now I am tired of study and want to do some work, so I want to go back to H1b Status. So my Questions are as below. Will my application count towards H1B quota once It was approved in past ? How long I can get my H1B ? will it be full 6 Years or (6 years - used in previous H1B). ? Are there any risk involved in getting new H1B? Please guide me. Thanks. Link to comment
