I returned to INDIA on  May 11th, 2013. Am I eligible for 2014 H1-B fresh VISA processing. Kindly let me know if anyone has idea.

You need to stay outside US for full 365 days before applying for new one..I believe you should be able to apply for the 2014 Quota...wait for senior members.

You need to be out of US for one year before a prospective employer can file a H1B petition for you. You would be eligible to file one on May 11th 2014

You need to be outside the US for one year before an employer can file a new H1 for you.

If the quota is still open by that time, an employer can file an H1 on May 11, 2014, for a start date of Oct. 1, 2014. If the quote is full by that time, you would have to wait until 2015.
