ank1982
Hey, I have a bachelors and masters degree in architecture. Masters is from a US university. I worked for a year on H1b before my company had to shut down due to recession. I haven't gotten a job since then. I am thinking of switching careers and getting a whole new degree (say IT or finance). Can anyone tell me if my LCA for a new category will get approved (my 1st one being in architecture). Does USCIS approve H1Bs for same person in two totally different specialized jobs? Link to comment
