H1B stamping and domestic violence arrest, no conviction

I was charged with domestic violence in california. I did not plead or anything and my case was totally dismissed. No conviction exists. Have people faced months and months of delays in these situations? Can someone share? I have to go for visa stamping to New Delhi

I will carry all court certified copies. Anyone can share their experience?

Has your case been dismissed or not? Mine is dismissed. It was cleared right before the jury trial. Are you in california?
