h1bdude3 Posted August 7, 2013 Report Posted August 7, 2013 I am planning to change my employer and another employer is ready to file H1B transfer. Can I leave the country before H1b is filed and ask the employer to file H1B consular processing after I left? I am thinking of this approach since I need to go to home country asap. Appreciate your help :)
