sumanth87
Hi,I am on F1 and my H1B was filed this year. After filing H1 my job at the Client A is finished and i got an RFE. My employer have filed new LCA for Client B and I moved to Client B and responded to RFE with the Client B details. My H1B is denied for the below reasons. What would be my chance if i apply for MTR(Motion to Reopen) and submit the documents about the employer-employer relation with the Client A? Link to comment

JoeF
My H1B is denied for the below reasons. What would be my chance if i apply for MTR(Motion to Reopen) and submit the documents about the employer-employer relation with the Client A? That would be immigration fraud and would result in you getting denied and possibly banned for life. Link to comment
sandr01
Even my h1b got denied, client letter issue, working on filing an MTR, please update here on your case statuses so that others can see the timeframe it takes for an mtr Link to comment
h1buser101
sandr01 - Why was your H1b denied? is that because you changed your client while your H1b petition was in process? Link to comment
sandr01
@h1buser101: My h1 got denied because of E-E relationship, lack of client letter. I didn't change clients. Link to comment
shabscrm
Sandr01 - Same boat, did you get any updates on the MTR and are you still working on MTR. Is it legal to work on MTR Link to comment
JoeF
An MTR does NOT keep you legal. Link to comment
