omshiv
his passport should have been corrected in the first place! now this might look like fraud...get an attorney involved...why didnt he show strong ties to his home country? Link to comment
rahul412
What has date of birth to do with visa rejection? First consult a attorney Since his biometrics are already verified, if that person applies for visa with corrected DOB then their is a problem.Like you said, its better to consult an attorney.
