H1B -stamping on passport is compulsory if i don't want to leave the country

Hi,

 

I've a question please help me,

 

i'd completed my Masters in US 2010, and after that i worked on F1(for different xxx companies) and converted into H1B(working for y company), and i'm on H1B from 2012 oct and it's been 5 years (2008 i came here as a F1 3 1/2 years + and after H1 1 year )almost i never went to india.

 

Now my company started GC filing and thinking not to go 5 more years !

 

My F1 Vista stamping will expires on 2013 Oct and i don't have H1B stamping on passport so my question is H1B -stamping on passport is compulsory if i don't want to leave the country next 5 more years ?

WOW , you never been to your home country since 3 1/2 years and you don't want to go for 5 more years?

Go for stamping when you want to go to india.
