H1b Petition Extension

Hi All

 

Can some one please help me on couple of Q's...I have H1B filed in 2010 and at that time i went for stamping it was sent back to USCIS for revoke/reconsideration till now there is no update on that. In Which i have that petition approved till Oct 2013. Now can i file a new petition or an extension one for my old one?. Can i do that now(before oct 2013) or need to wait till April 2014?

 

Any suggestions and info for this are greatly appreciated! good luck all
