Should we get a draft for 405$ as mentioned in this link? http://mumbai.uscons...gov/ivfees.html I already paid fees at NVC. Do we still need to pay? Is there any other fees to be paid for any courier services or anything? Someone who went to Mumbai consulate, please let me know. Link to comment
