COS H1B I94 Clarification

 My h1b petition approved along with COS (f1 to h1) this week & with the i94 provided during the initial application mentioning that it will start from Oct1,2013.
I have recently(last month) travelled to india(during my h1b processing/RFE) & obtained new i94 with validity till duration of stay(d/s).
 

H1B printed  I-94- when checked Online Admit Untill-  <blank>

Recent travel I-94- when checked Online  Admit Untill- D/S

 

1) do i need to take any action
2) is there any issue in this situation(legal issues?)
3) how to update my latest i94 to uscis , in case if needed?
4) how to find which i94 is correct & to make it clean & clear if anything?
