Urgent - documents required when son in law is sponsoring

Hi all,

I was wondering if I need to send anything else apart from these docs for sposoring visitor visa for my in laws. I am currently working on EAD and have expired H1B. My wife is an F1 student here and currently working on OPT.

1.  Bank statement with enough money for their visit
2.  My Passport copy with I-94 page and page to show last entry to US
3. tax return docs
4. driver license copy
5. Last 2 months pay stubs
6. EAD card copy
7. I-485 receipt (should this be sent?)
8. Marriage license (Should I send this?)

Its better that you stay out of this to make matters simple..and less complicated. They need to sponsor themselves in order to convince that they will return back to their home country and not a potential immigrant..

If you sponsor the Trip, what's the guarantee that they will leave??
