Help required to fill DS160 form for multiple H1Bs

Hi,

 

I am going to India next month and I am filling out my DS160 form for H1B stamping in India. I have a weird issue, which I hope to get it resolved from this site.

 

There is a section in the DS160 form "Travel Plans"

 

They have asked me to fill

 

Purpose of trip to the US:

 

I answered TEMPORARY WORKER

 

Specify:

 

I answered H1B

 

Application Receipt number:

 

I gave them my receipt number.

 

Now below that, they have an option to "Add Another"

 

Now my case is, this is my second Job in USA, my previous employer also filed my H1B, starting from Oct,01,2012. I soon got another job and they transferred my H1B and its start date is Nov, 02, 2012. 

 

Now my question is, should I mention my previous employer's H1B details too?

 

If I click on "Add Another" I get the same options i.e.

I am really confused if I should mention my old employer's H1B petition details or not.

I guess " "Travel Plans" " should be only one not both in your case that too future travel plan.

 

Any way what you can do is just fill it dont submit it. You can edit the same when you are reviewing your DS 160.

Did you fill the old employer case number .. i have the same scenario , plsease let me know how did it go
