rk2351 Posted August 1, 2013 Report Posted August 1, 2013 I am on OPT till Nov 2013 and I got my 3 yrs H1b petition approved this year. Right now I am working as a consultant for Client A and I've got another consultant job oppurtunity at Client B in diffrent location. Will there be any issues if I change the client before my h1b start date(Oct 1 2013). If I change the client do I have to file new LCA and Amended H1b petition for the new client(B)...if yes do I have to file after the Oct 1 or as soon as I change the client? Please note that I am not changing my employer. My employer will remain the same and I only want to change my client. Thanks in advance.
