First Time F1 to H1 in Vancouver,canada

Hi,  

 

I am on f1 visa. My f1 is expiring in September 2013. I am currently enrolled in college and I will be done with that degree in august 2013.I just got my H1 b approved this time. As I was in India while my h1 b approved my employer told me that I have to go for h1 b stamping and come back to usa before October 1st. I am planning to go to Vancouver,Canada in September 2013. I am working with end client and I am with my current employer since March 2013. before that I was with another employer for almost year. I have question that what kind of difficulties I may face?What are required documents for first time f1 to h1 in same year?
