adsdmd2013
Hey Guys, I have questions that I know you may have answers. I had my first H1 B visa stamp back in my home country last 2006. Since then I neve went outside the US but have consistently extended my H! B visa through USCIS ( H1 B supposed to be only extended 2 X every 3 years but due to I have an approved I-140 I was allowed to extend for increment of 3 years). My question is... 1. Is it okay for me to apply for a new stamping of my H1 B extension in Vancouver, Canada? by the way I am a PR holder in Canada. 2. Or I have to go back to my home country again to have it stamp just like what I did in 2006? Your thoughs is greatly apprecaited. Thanks gis and Bless Us All!!!! Link to comment
