H4 to F1 and Visa Stamping

I am doing my MS on H4 visa now and H4  is valid till Jun2014. I am planning to change from H4 to F1 now. I am planning to visit my home county in the month of Feb, 2014. My question is  when I go to my home country do I need to get the F1 visa stamp? Since my H4 is valid till June 2014 will I be able to enter back to US with the H4 visa without F1 stamp? Could you please clarify?

Yes you can.

If you want to return in F1 status, you will need to get F1 Visa. If you use H4 Visa to return you will again have to apply for change of status to F1.
