PankajA1901 Posted July 31, 2013 Report Share Posted July 31, 2013 My H1b case converted to premium on 28th March 2013 and status got updated to Acceptance state and it's still stuck there. I called my employer several times and he is asking me to wait wait and wait ..he is not calling USCIS customer care to find the reason for delay. My current L1 visa is expiring in 2 months and I can't wait now. Can I call USCIS directly to inquire about my case asking why it's taking so long? advice pls !! Link to comment
