Study on H4 Visa

I am on H4 Visa. I am interested in one program, which is around 1 to 1.5 year long.

 

College is not ready to issue I-20.

 

They suggest me that if you want, you can join the classes but we don't know about I-20.

 

On H4 visa I can Study, without COS to F1?

Yes you can study on H4.

Actually I was on F1 visa and did masters. Converted to H4 after completed Masters.

 

I am planning to visit India in November 2013 for stamping. After COS to H4 I haven't visit India.

 

If VO ask what are you doing?

 

I have to say study or support my spouse?

On H4 you dont support your spouse..you are a dependent. And if Questioned..then TRUTH is the answer.
