H1B Transfer

I need some advice on my immigration situation. My employer recently filed for my H1B which got approved and I will move from F1 Cap-Gap to H1B status on October 1.

 

I noticed that my H1B visa is valid from October 1, 2013 to September 19, 2016. Normally, the visa is from Oct 1 to Sept 30 with a validity of 3 years. I have two questions -

 

 

1. Could this pose any kind of problems if I try to change my employer and get my H1B visa transferred? If the employer agrees to transfer the visa, will the validity have to remain the same or can employer choose for an end-date of Sept, 30 2016?

 

 

2. If the end date remains Sept 19, 2016, could this pose a problem in getting H1B renewed at the end of three years since there is a 11 day gap between the end of old status and start of new status?
