Does USCIS Checks the pay stuffs and the number of hours you have worked in the company. 

 

 

I was working like 25/week during my part time CPT. If they look that, do they count it as a full time status, or decline my opt since, I violated the terms.

Usually, they will. If you think that you have violated the terms it will bite some time in future if not now.

I am going through the same thing. I did full-time CPT during summer last year and currently this is my second semester that I am enrolled as part-time working for an IT Company. I worked more than 20 hours per/week without intentions. Did you apply for your OPT, did they approve it for you? Thank you very much for your consideration.

I will be applying for OPT this coming december and I would love to know the outcome and if there is any solution for such case to be on the safe side.
