OPT Travel - Spouse 140 approved; Child US Citizen

Dear Forum members,

I have come to US on H4 and got admission into a university here. I converted to F1 during my masters, and got OPT/EAD now. I have a need to travel to India for a short trip.

 

My spouse is on H1 with I-140 approved.

My son is born here and is a US citizen.

 

Please let me know what are my chances of getting my F1 visa stamping at India denied.

 

Are there any other options for me to get stamped in a bordering country.
