Changes in immigration process

Hi,

 

Are there any major changes anticipated in immigration policies in next few years, especially to address the long queue of GCs? EB2 & EB3 category has a huge queue for India, China, what hope is there that it will processed quicker?

For now their are no new policies except the CIR.
