DWI cases , on probation any problem for applying I-130 ?

Hi All

 

I got my GC in August 2010 and got 2 DWIs and got supervised  probation for 3 years, no jail term.

two years out of 3 years of probation is completed and traveled twice to INDIA and came back.

 

I recently got married ,( a month ago ) and I am in USA right now and my spouse is in INDIA.

 

lost job and i did not lease any apartment and was living in a shared rooms.

 

F2A category is current now, I am afraid what shall i do to apply for I-130 for my spouse. As my spouse is not IN USA , i know i can`t apply I-485 for her.

 

 

what are my options please gimme some Idea.

If you have no job, how do you intend to meet the support requirements?
