radhakrishna.siripurapu Posted July 26, 2013 Report Posted July 26, 2013 Hi, H1B approved on 16th July and valid from 1st Oct. H4 expiring on 30th July and hence applied for extension on 8th July. Now i need H4 status only for 2 months ie., from 30th July to 30th Sep. Can I send a letter to USCIS to approve my H4 only for 2 months.
