dv123 Posted July 26, 2013 Report Share Posted July 26, 2013 Hi, I am working on L1B with employer A. My L1B will expire in April 2014 as i am going to complete 5 years. I have a H1B from employer B valid upto Sept 30,2013 (initial 3 years period). I never worked on H1B. Now I am trying to move to H1B and searching for other oppertunities. If I get any oppertunity after Sept 30,2013 , is it possible to extend the H1B.Will it come under H1B cap exempt. I have this question because, I never worked on H1B and I don't have pay slips from Employer B. I have only payslips from Employer A. Can any one please clarify. Regards, Link to comment
