H1B Receipt not found in USCIS website

Hi Friends,

 

My H1B was picked up in lottery and my company has received the receipt number too.

I however cannot find the receipt number in the uscis website. It throws "Case Status Not Found".

The same is the result for my dependent's receipt number too.

 

Can someone suggest why would my case status not be found? Has anyone gone through such a situation?

Ask your employer/attorney as they will the best people to update you and let you know the point of action
