3 years degree + MBA for EB2

Hi All,

 

can you guys please let me know if i am eligible for EB2

 

I have 3 years degree (BCom from India) and PGDCA 1 year.

 

I am working for an American company from 6 years and applied GC under EB3 (2008 PD)

 

And now I am studying my MBA (Executive ) from *************** University (50% complete) online.

 

and my employer is sponsoring 70% for my MBA .

 

Once completing my MBA will I be qualified for EB2 ?

Employer sponsored education and GC processing using those credentials is a grey area. It is therefore advisable to talk to experience immigration attorney. Your employer should be handling this situation considering it's your employers petition.

Also the job offered has to be inline with EB2 expectations.
