Ottawa stamping Aug12 (passport return time)

Hi,

I've my h1b interview in Ottawa on Monday, Aug12. I've had two of my previous stampings in Ottawa, last one was in 2010 and got my passport back on third business day. I wanted to know if they still give the passport back on third business day.

Can anyone who has done stamping recently in Ottawa tell me how long will it take to get the passport back after approval?

Hi Nycgc,

If everything is fine with your case (no 221G/ no PIMS issues), you are good to collect the passport on the 3rd business day. As I got 221G, my case was resolved in two weeks. But I saw others who got their passport on the 3rd business day.
