On July 17 I received an RFE for documents related to my CPT I filed CPT was filed from May to July 2012 but I worked for the company only in May and left the company after that. After receiving the RFE I researched and found that I should have terminated my CPT if I did not use it but I did not know this. Will this create an issue? Is there a chance that my OPT can be rejected because of this? I have an offer and I have delayed my joining by more than a month. This is really beginning to worry me Please help! Link to comment
