wert Posted July 24, 2013 Report Share Posted July 24, 2013 My last day with my previous employer was june 24th.My new company mailed transfer docs to USCIS same day. USCIS received it 25th and I started working next day for the new employer and I am paid from 26th. My previous employer paid me for three weeks . Does a gap of two or three days affect my status or stamping? Link to comment
