Time left for H1B Extension - L1B to H1B

Hi,

 

I came to US on regular L1B visa ( not blanket ) on 07/30/2006 and left after 2 years on 09/18/2008.

I was in india for more than 1 year and came back on 02/06/2010 on extended L1B. I got changed from L1B to H1B on 11/20/2010.

 

Did my clock/counter reset since I was in India for more than 1 year ? and can I be on H1B till 6 year max out counting from 02/06/2010 ( my re-entry date after 1+ year break )

hi,

can any expert help here?

adding to the above, my h1b got extended till 12/31/2014.

but some one advised that I will max out my 6 years by 4/1/2014 and should not stay in US after that even if the petition and i 94 are valid till 12/31/2014.
