shandan Posted July 25, 2013 Report Share Posted July 25, 2013 Getting a RFE these days have kinda become a norm these days, nothing abnormal there, DOL (so are the other govt depts) these days are being extra causious and want evidence for everything hence the RFE. If your application is genuine and facts are correct then there is no reason for you to sweat just have your attorney reply to the RFE and you should be fine. Good Luck!! Link to comment
