DS - 160 Old surnames of sponsor for visitor visa

Hi,

 

I have a simple question regarding DS-160. I am planning to sponsor my parents visitor visa. I have changed my surname few years back. All my documents including my passport has my new surname. Do I need to mentioned my old surname in DS160 in "Surnames used" field (sponsor's information). I am asking this because my parents still use my old surname and I would like to avoid any name confusion to visa officer.

 

Please advice.
