I have my H1B with Company A ( into my 3rd year ) and my current H1B expires in Sep 30,2013. I had filed for an extension with Company A in premium category and I have an RFE now. In the meantime, I got a FT offer from a Company B. Now my dilemma is , Company B will file my H1B transfer in premium processing ( at the same time that the extension is due with Comany A). What are the likely scenarios in such a situiation . Would there be any problem if I carry out my H1B transfer with Company B and will that cause any issues with my transfer.
