BeautifulMind
Hi, I have applied for F1 in 2009 and had received visa which is valid for 5years i.e. till 2014 I’ve been doing well for two semesters in a university , Meanwhile after completing two I've joined Trivalley University and soon after 3months that college was closed. Instead of staying there in a chaos I’ve chosen to leave the country, so I left US immediately and currently I am in India since 2011. I still want to complete MS. Can I re-apply to any university? Will there be any problem for my F1 visa stamping again because of the tri-valley issue. Please advise. Thank you in advance Link to comment
omshiv
Unfortunately you'll have to try your MS in some other country as its almost impossible to get back here. Why did you join Trivalley? to work side by side? thats not going to happen. Link to comment

And what's the guarantee that you won't do it again. Link to comment
jairichi
Why not? But, you have to come clear with the visa officer about your previous transfer to that university. If the visa officer is convinced of your genuine intentions to complete a MS in US you might get a visa. Given your situation I see a very slim chance. Worth giving a try. Link to comment
