My wife is right now in India and she has a b1/b2 visa. She is planning to join me soon. If she visits on B1/B2 then she has to go back in 6 months and come back again. We have to do this till I get my H1 next year. Other option is her to apply for F2 visa now. How are our chances to get F2 now? If F2 gets rejected then can she still come on B1/B2? Link to comment
t75 Posted July 23, 2013 Report Share Posted July 23, 2013 The B1/B2 can be cancelled by the VO. If you have income and can demonstrate that you do not have immigrant intent, she should apply for F2. Link to comment
