Question on OPT extention

Hello,

 

I am on H1 now, I have used first 12 months of my OPT from my first master's. Now I am planning to do a second masters, and my question is can I use the 17 month extension(which I didn't apply for from first masters) now?

OPT is given based on degree level. So ONLY ONE OPT for master's degree, no matter how many degrees you have.
