Can H1 visa fee be paid while still in the US?

I'm currently in the US and I am heading to India in a few days. I need a H1 visa stamp since it expired and I have a valid I-797.

 

Is it possible to pay for the visa application fee online while still in the US?

 

I see an option for online payment using the NEFT system but I do not find anywhere how to do that while still in the US. Anyone have suggestions?

You need a bank account in India that could process through NEFT

If you are in ustraveldocs India website. It supports number of Indian banks like ICICI. To make payment online. You need to have an Indian bank account to pay or use a friends Indian bank account
