Travel to from USA to India via London on BA, with an Expired US Visa, Valid Canada Visa

Hello Experts,

 

We have a valid Canada Visa till 2016.  Currently staying in US on a approved H1B, expired Visa and a valid I94.

 

Since we have a Valid Canada Visa, are we allowed to travel from USA to India  through London without a transit visa since we have a valid Canada Visa?   Can you please suggest? Does the BA authorities allow me to board the BA flight from USA in this case?

Nope, your travel has to be initiated from Canada for that to happen
