Your advice Needed! Does address change require both new LCA and Amendment?

My current Client is changing his office. There will be address Change.

Do i have to file both LCA and H1 Amendment. I'm also going to stamping this year after moving to new address.

 

Some say YES, some say NO. I read lot of posts on this.

If client is same and if you just change address within the same City(same Metropolitan Statistical Area) then not required.

comes under same county.

But city is different.

Just new LCA should be fine. Double check with your employer and attorney as well.
