H1B extension RFE - pls advise

Hello,

I got an RFE on my extension  asking for Right to control and evidence pertaining to equivalence completion of a college degree.

I have a bachelors degree in computers and have masters degree in computers but it is from ****.

 

Would you guys suggest me to use masters completion certificate or submit bachelor's degree evaluation certificates? If i submit masters degree that would arise a red flag as **** lost his acrreditation? Please advise

Dude, if your initial H1 was filed using this master's degree then your H1 is invalid.

I think you need to file for new H1 next year using bachelor's degree since your master's is no more a valid degree.
