JoeF Posted July 18, 2013 Report Share Posted July 18, 2013 No. OPT is part of the F1, and if the person enters in H4 status, the person is NOT in F1 status. Any work would be illegal. A person on H4 is NOT allowed to work. Period. Link to comment
