kishore1987
Hi viewers, My H1 got denied on June 28th'2013. And my OPT extension expired on July2nd'2013. I got a message from murthy lawyers on July 3rd that my H1 got denied. From then I am planning for 2 things 1. Filing for Motion to Reopen (murthy is doing it by next wednesday) 2. Applied for the other university for the second master's to continue F1 Status.(working on the sevis transfer) Here what I want to know is, whether my Sevis will be active or terminated in this 60-day grace period(from my previous university)? Can someone please help me in this situation with your ideas?? Link to comment
JoeF
Universities have deadlines. The deadlines for graduate studies for fall quarter/semester at real universities are long over. Link to comment

How can you expect F1 when you have filed for H1 earlier?? This is not an option for you. Link to comment
